We will ask additional information (e.g. company details) and KYC (e.g. your passport copy and e-residency card copy) and later send you an invoice to pay.
You pay for the invoice (wire / PayPal / card).
We prepare all necessary documents (the founding agreement and petition) and make the notary appointment.
At the notary appointment we sign and submit everything on your behalf on the basis of POA in case you will not visit Estonia. In case you will visit, we will go to the notary together to sign the documents.
We pay state, notary and all related third party fees for the registration process.
The company is usually registered within 1-5 business days.
The company will be registered with share capital contribution.
After the company is registered, you are able to open a bank or PSP account of your choice. We are able to provide you with some suggestions, if necessary. In case of a negative answer, we can assist you in opening a bank account outside of Estonia (in some other EU country).

Please note:
For additional KYC proof of address may be required.
Remote service is needed when shareholders and/or board members will not visit Estonia.
Remote services are based on Power of Attorneys (PoAs), which are drafted by the service provider (us) based on the order and KYC information.
The client must certify the PoA at the notary and in most cases legalize it by apostille. Documents from some countries need full legalization.
Original PoAs are required for the company transfer, before sending the originals scans must be sent to us for review.
If you want to have corporate shareholder(s) or you want to move your business to Estonia through your foreign corporate entity, you must provide shareholder’s registry documents which present:

Documents can not be older than 3 months and they must be originals or certified by the notary, in most cases they also must be legalized by an apostille. Documents from some countries need full legalization.
Please note:
In case of existence of bearer shares, such company is not allowed to be a shareholder of an Estonian company.
To complete the transaction, board member of the shareholder must visit Estonia - or PoA is needed.
